Arcadia Vacations can cancel the booking if 100% payment is not received on time.
1) To hold the booking, we would be requiring Booking Amount i.e INR 25,000 (non refundable).
2) After booking, within a 7 days, we would be requiring 25% amount of total package cost.
3) Remaining payment i.e. full payment needs to be paid 1 month prior to travel date.
4) Full payment required if difference between booking date and travel date is less than 30 days
In the event of any dispute, the dispute shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by Arcadia Vacations in Chandigarh and the matter shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Chandigarh courts only.
